Our dear friend Gregory Collins (Radio 4/Livids/Moral Panic) was in a bad recently, wrecking his ankle up something fierce. It looks as though surgery is in the cards, and he won't be able to work behind a bar, or play drums, for a quite while. Next Friday there's a benefit DJ party for him at Montana's Trail House with DJs Danny 2 Times, Jenny The Knife and Mr. Lee spinning hot wax. A cut of the bar goes towards our boy's medical expenses.
Entering the 20th year of total failure, idiocy, and destruction by the greatest rock and roll group in the history of music... Runny is the sound of Pat Sajak getting kicked in the nuts, over and over. Raw rocking bullshit and magic sounds.
Modern Needs is listening and dance party with special guest DJs and monthly musical themes, held the third Friday of every month at the great Banter bar, located in scenic Brooklyn U.S.A. The February edition features special guest DJ DEAN RISPLER (The Dictators/Drug Front Records). Dean, and your Modern Needs host and boss DJ, MR. LEE (Going In Style Sound System) will be spinning hip-shaking, foot-stomping, vinyl sounds until the wee small hours!

Dead Flowers got its start as a celebrated music-centered online platform for its writers' passions and obsessions. It was a place to read about the classics reconsidered, the obscure brought into the spotlight, the lost re-found, and the so-called "marginal" made to matter... Those elements animate Dead Flowers Productions, an enterprise devoted to managing, booking, and promoting bands and projects that ignite those same passions.
